Instructions for paying your annual HPTA membership dues

Click on the line below and fill out the Membership Application form on your computer then hit the "submit by email" button at the top of the page. To pay dues on line, after submitting your "Membership Application", filled out, go back to the "Membership Application" page, use the drop-down box to choose the type of membership, single or family and click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow instructions from there. HPTA thanks you for using the on-line payment method. If you select the pay by check method of payment, fill out the Membership Application form and click on the "print" button. This will be your receipt.  Turn in the membership application form with your check or mail to address shown on the form.

Membership Forms will not be processed until payment has been verified & received
